  1. I have tried burning an iMovie that I saved onto the desktop on my Mac. The first copy came out fine, but when I went to do a second copy (yes, I am THAT mother that fears one will stop working and then those memories will be lost forever), I have gone through 5 discs with the following error message: "The drive reported an error: Sense Key = ILLEGAL REQUEST, Sense Code = 0x21, 0x02. BUFFER UNDERRUN." I am new to using this, and am very frustrated. What am I doing wrong? How do I get this to work? Also, I did restart the computer and the program in between. I am using an Apple SuperDrive to burn it. Please help!!!
  2. I am trying to reinstall Creator NXT under Windows 8.1. The initial install was OK, but I had restore the system after a Windows problem. Now the install aborts with an error code 064C. Does anyone know what this error is, and how to resolve the problem?
  3. HI, I uploaded all of our iPhone and digital camera videos to iMovie and edited them to create a home movie. When I try to use Toast to burn onto a disk, it takes forever to encode everything, then shuts down after 78% in the writing phase. I'm using a macbook pro with the most recent Mavericks software. This is incredibly frustrating, because in addition to taking FOREVER, it leaves me with a bunch of dvds that I need to throw out, because they're only half written. Thanks in advance for any assistance! It's giving me this error message : The drive reported an error: Sense Key = ILLEGAL REQUEST Sense Code = 0x30, 0x05 CANNOT WRITE MEDIUM - INCOMPATIBLE FORMAT
  4. The Software on my roxio game capture device videowave will not let me in it says microsoft visual error runtime error exception unknown software exception and pure virtual call what do i do i have tried everything:(
  5. Hi, I saw this error code was already asked about but the answer didn't make any sense and everyone kept saying that there needed to be more details. Well I tried to burn my movies, but the first attempt (at writing speed 4x) only made it to 66% then it froze. I started over two more times (at 6x) making it to 97% before it froze. On my fourth attempt I decided to remove 3 of the movies, hoping that it would burn if it was shorter, then I got the error code 8004520c. on the first movie. )-: Is freezing a normal part of this software?
  6. Unable to burn cd. Get error code 7F037201
  7. Can someone help me out with what I am doing wrong to receive the above error code? I am using Roxio Creator 2011 Pro with Windows 7 x 64, 8gb ram. This is a random failure, at times the encoding works perfectly and then at times, the error message comes up as soon as the "Encode Movies" begins. I am tring to create a slideshow with 327 images but cannot get more than about a third of the way through before it fails to encode. Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated. Ted
