  1. Hello Everyone, I'm sorry if this topic has already been covered but since I couldn't find the answer to this specific situation anywhere, I decided to create a new post. I own quite a few movies on iTunes and I would like to burn a DVD or Blue-Ray disk in order to watch them on my Blue-Ray player. Yes, I know I can access my movie library through Apple TV, or just connect my computer to the television, but that is not the point. Especially if such things are not available in lets say, a cabin. I just want to burn a disc, put it in a player, and enjoy the movie. Here is what I did: I downloaded the movie from iTunes. Once in my computer, I used TunesKit For Mac (which btw is awesome!) to remove the DRM rights from the .mp4 file. Then I tried using Toast 14 Titanium to create a DVD-Video. It did not work. It gave the error message "XYZ.mp4 is in an unsupported format and cannot be imported". After doing some research, I read that Toast supposedly only supports .mpeg-2 files. Idk if that's correct. I tried to convert the file using Toast as well only to receive the same message. What am I missing? I feel like it shouldn't be this hard... Here is my system info: - OS X Yosemite Ver. 10.10.5 - Toast 14 Titanium Ver. 14.0 - TunesKit for Mac Ver. 2.8.0 - Optical Drive: MATSHITA BD-MLT UJ267AM Movie file Info: - Kind: MPEG-4 movie - Size: 2.9GB on disk - Dimensions: 1916 x 1076 - Codecs: AAC, H.264, AC3, CEA 608 - Color profile: HD (1-1-1) - Duration: 01:10:22 - Audio channels: 2 Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Can't Upload Captured Content

Hello, I am running into a real issue here. Previously after upgrading to SP2, I had no issues. But I recently reformatted my harddrive, and upon reinstalling Roxio's programs, and SP2 in particular, it captures like a charm but will not load the captured content into videowave. I can load up previously RENDERED projects. If I even open a folder containing M2TS, videowave crashes. I have attempted multiple repairs, but the repair will not complete, it insists that whichever path I have chosen doesn't contain the necessary folders. That does not make sense as I am doing it from the disc itself. Firewall/av/malware/spyware, all off and still nothing. My Laptop specs are well within parameters, as I said, I had no problems prior. If I do not upgrade to SP2, then I can utilize the content, however after loading the content into videowave, and even after render, it becomes blurry and jittery. Contacting actual roxio support seems nearly impossible so i am hoping to receive some sort of assistance here. Thanks in advance! RGC_Log_1232015_0.txt

  4. I just want to know is there a way to record in anything other then m2ts because i make yotube videos m2ts isnt really that good so i have to convert it to mp4 for example and then rendr it out is there a way to record in a different format?
  5. Hi there I have used Roxio 2012 to create a DVD for DVD PAL Playback. I selected the option DVD in the movie creator, and then inserted various movie files into my project, with menus. (files inserted are mpeg2 format which have been captured from VHS) Once the movie project is burned to DVD-R disk, the movie plays back on one of my DVD players/tv's with sound and all is in order, however if I try to play the disk on my 3 other dvd players / tv's, there is sound for the "menu", but my movie files have no sound at all? What could be the reason for this? The dvd player where the sound does play, is connected directly to an old television set, whereas the DVD player where there is no sound is connected to a newer lcd television, which plays its sound through a hi-fi.. could this somehow affect sound playback? Any advise would be greatly appreciated, Thank you kindly Mel
