Hi Forum, New here, thanks for any help given. Just got Toast Titanium 12 and was attempting to burn a MP4 file to a DVD +R. File burn was successful however the video turned out very jittery. Someone had suggested converting the file to a different file type. I tried that and burned a .MOV file, same result. Someone else suggested that it was my Frame rate setting. I cannot find that option on Toast anywhere. Can someone recommend something please. Thanks in advance
I'm trying to make a blu-ray of a video @ 1080p, 23.98 but when playing back on a PS3 the video is jittery. After reading several discussions on the matter, it seems it has to do with Toast re-encoding the video, however I have not been able to find a solution yet. Is there a way to change the settings on Toast so that it allows a pass-through of the original file OR is there a compression codec/format which is more optimal for Toast to use to create Blu-rays? I have tried with an uncompressed file and an Apple ProRes file, both with the same result.
