Hi there, i have a problem with my Roxio GameCap for Xbox 360. The problem is that when i open the capture software, the info says the gamecap is ready. when i take a screenshot, it comes out perfect, there is no black screen on the screenshot. i did a test recording and it came out fine. The recording shows the xbox screen etc as normal but on the software it still shows a black screen. I have checked all the wires and connections. I have installed the latest update/patch and i have also restarted my pc and xbox. here's what the problem looks like:
