    Internal Error 2753

    I was given a new product key number but when I entered it while installing DVDit Pro HD on Windows 10, I received the following error: internal error 2753 drvins64.exe.d369970d_84f1_4034_ad04_376e78ec4 Does anyone know what this means or better yet, how to install DVDit on Windows 10? Fred

    Install Error

    So I went to install the CD that comes with the RGCpro and mid way I had my computer shutoff. Dont know what caused this but it didn't finish the installation and it shows the icon but when i run the program, it says it's missing files and to reinstall. (see image) http://i.imgur.com/BrXTj59.jpg I put CD in, try to install and get message saying, cannot install, already exists, unistall 1st then reinstall. I check program files to unistall and it is no where to be found. Says if i keep getting this issue to contact support, well here I am, any idea on what I should do??
  3. Hello, I installed Game Capture HD Pro and it installed fine. I had some problems with the capture and was told to uninstall and reinstall. Since the uninstall I have not been able to get the install to complete. I have tried many many things suggested on this site and have had no luck. i continue to get the same error and automatic rollback. I am attaching the most recent install attempt log files. In this latest attempt I had created a new admin user on my laptop, copied the install CD content to the hard drive, checked that no compatibility options where checked on the set-up.exe properties, and ran the install checking for updates. The install seems to get to step 24 of 26. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. LogFile 13-04-07 18-05.zip
