  1. I've just bought a new system, having previously installing RGC software successfully on my two previous systems i seem to be having this error message during the installation not long after entering my registration key. Any Ideas? Thankyou!
  2. I got a new computer. I tried installing my file copy of the downloaded software. My key was accepted. However, apparently near the end of the install, a window appeared that stated "Roxio Creator Pro 2 setup was interrupted. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, please run the installation again." I have a set of log files from the interrupted installation, but I cannot see where to submit them to Roxio support. What do I do? I have attached a screen shot and a zipped copy of the log files LogFile 15-02-26 23-42.zip.
  3. I've pruchased a brand new copy of creator NXT, and cannot install it. I get the error, you are not connected to the internet, cannot validate your licence key. I have a corporate proxy server which I cannot bypass, open ports are 80 and 443. Please can someone let me know what ports roxio licence server uses and their ip addresses and any other information I need to install this product. Failing that it will be sent back to the shop and I'll use a different product. I've previously installed creator 9 with no problems, but this is not windows 7 compatible. Please help.
