Thank you in advance for any assistance, I tried the online tech support ROXIO offers and the system times out after 30minutes of waiting I get a message "waiting for agent..." Any way when I got to capture video from YouTube, I tap Web Video then a message box pops up saying "LAUNCH YOUR BROWSER TO START VIEWING VIDEO..." So I launch. Browser and I still getting the same message: "Launch your browser..." What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Josh
I'm a long time user of the Creator series and prior to NXT Pro I was able to simply enter my serial number and the product would install. With NXT Pro, internet access is required in order to complete installation. At home this is no problem because I control access to the Internet, but at work I have no control over such things. Other products I've used that require internet access during installation pass through the firewall without problem, but NXT hits the wall and dies. I've tried many, many times and have failed miserably at each attempt. I REALLY WANT TO PURCHASE NXT Pro 2, but I'm afraid that it, too, would result in the same firewall problem. We use another package at work that I don't really like, and would prefer your product instead. But if I cannot install it, I just might have to switch to the other product for both home and work. So when I used to be using my mac to make youtube videos, iMovie had an option to prepare videos for internet streaming. Youtube wants me to do this in my videos. How can I export them so that they have this option?
