hi guys please help me first sorry for bad language i am not english i have roxio game capture hd pro and i record clearly but when i update the new software i got my recording screen zoom in, in left corner of my ps4 screen , i am only can see the left corner and i can only record that zoom please help me and thank you

i cant record on .mp4 with the new update? everytime i press ``Stop Capture´´ it appears a window that says ``rendering or waiting´´ (cant remember) with a green bar ( im using windows 7) thats supposed to start and finish, but it never fills up and the file gets automatically deleted. Yes, i can record at M2TS with no problems...

So i have recorded 3 videos with the new mp4 format because its very good the gameplay is smoother and looks better and works much better with sony vegas but one thing i noticed is that out of those 3 videos only 1 had audio plz help me fix this the other 2 videos had like 20 seconds of audio and then it just got like auto muted or something plz help! I need to record in mp4 so it can use it in sony vegas without spending more hours of time trying to get it to work im trying to upload a lot to help my channel grow so Thanks for the help !
