  1. I recently found my unopened Roxio Game Cap HD Pro and set it up to stream the Super Smash Bros to my friends in Discord. I know that the preview will inherently be bad quality, but the my Switch won't even show a 1080p option when connected to the capture card. When I plug it directly to the TV it shows up 1080 just fine, but once I string it through, the max resolution listed is 720p. I've tried multiple HDMI's and am using 2 currently that both output 1080p to the same TV, I've tried restarting the Switch and my computer, but no luck. Can anyone help with this?
  2. So i bought the roxio for streaming, but when i first got it everything worked fine until at a certain point the resolutions wasn't good anymore and after time it wasn't showing up anymore on my OBS. So i wonder, is it my converter (HDMI to DVI) or is it the roxio? If you have answer for me it would be helpfull. Thanks again LinkleCrafty
