    When I try to download/install NXT7 - the download window starts to work like it is doing the download, however when it gets to about 11.23 mb - the app stops and does nothing else. When I get assistance from support, they try to make me uninstall norton - what I would like to know is there a way to download without uninstalling or disabling Norton. I don't have to do this for any other app that I down load just Roxio and Corel products in general. Thanks.
