    Hello everyone, After i read nearly every Post about Install Interruptions with the Roxio HD PRO Software, I am still clueless what to do. I already did everything mentioned in other Posts, thats why i start a new one in the hope someone already solved this Problem. I will also submit my Log Files as a ZIP if possible. What I have done so far: Downloaded it to the desktop (save file) then run it from the desktop! Install it without checking for updates install it and let it check for updates at the beginning. Create a New User Account with Administrator Privileges. Downloaded Servicepack 2 and tried to install it. My System is an MSI ge60 i7 3630Qm GTX660M 2Gb 16Gb Ram I mainly want the Roxio to capture the Signal from a PC and use the Laptop for streaming. If someone has an Idea i would be super happy, if something is missing just ask me i will try to provide you with more informations! Edit i can´t upload the Zip file i always get an Error: No file selected after it uploaded them. And the single Files won´t work.     Hi there, Recently got my hands on a Roxio Game Capture HD Pro for my PS4. However, even though I disabled HCDP on my PS4, I'm still not getting any signal to my Capture program. Both of my HDMI cables are fine and in the correct position, I've updated to 2.1, the Roxio is lit up, the device is plugged in, but the program doesn't go past "No Signal." I noticed that the Roxio doesn't show up in my computer's devices. Would that mean something? Any suggestions to fix this?

    I am using Roxio 2012 Pro on Windows 7. I am also using the Roxio USB adapter that came with the Roxio Easy VHS to DVD software. I like Roxio products. When capturing the video on a resolution other than AVI, it looks good on the preview screen. It looks like the original video. When I play back the video, without editing, it is pixelated where there is action. Is AVI the only capture option that is stable? Is there a capture option or setting that I missed? It would be nice to be able to capture more than 19 or so minutes that my 4g's allow on the AVI setting. What can I do?

    Problem Burning Blu-Ray Discs

    I recently purchased roxio toast 15 a couple of days ago with the purpose to burn blu-ray movies. I am new to this program and I am having difficulties getting it to work for me. I work making videos for weddings and I use Final Cut Pro X to do all my editing. Normally I give the videos to my clients through a usb or link but I have been getting asked for Blu-Ray discs, so I decided to buy Toast to give it a try. I purchased Toast 15 and the blu-ray plug in. Through final cut, I export my movies in blu-ray format on to my hard drive. Once this is done, it creates a BDMV folder with the movie file and a certificate folder. I then open Toast and drag the movie file in Blu-Ray mode. I can preview the movie in Toast so I know its working there. I then hit burn and it goes through the whole process fine until it says my disc is complete. When I eject the disc and insert it in my Blu-ray player to watch on my tv, it says the disc is not a Blu-ray disc and it does not read it. I am not able to play it back on my Blu-ray player on my tv or on my computer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am kind of in a bind and need to get these videos to my clients fast. I am working with an iMac computer and an LG BP50NB40 external Blu-ray writer.

    Okay so I'm having a hard time with my roxio hd pro and my xbox. My problem is that I have the video coming into the roxio and im able to record the game play but i have no audio and there is no out put to the tv at all. htmi to tv works fine but it is when i add the roxio to the mix everthing goes haywire. The cables are new as well as the roxio and i have no idea what the problem is here and would love some help and feed back! Thanks

    Problems With Roxio Toast And Burning On A Mac

    I have tried burning an iMovie that I saved onto the desktop on my Mac. The first copy came out fine, but when I went to do a second copy (yes, I am THAT mother that fears one will stop working and then those memories will be lost forever), I have gone through 5 discs with the following error message: "The drive reported an error: Sense Key = ILLEGAL REQUEST, Sense Code = 0x21, 0x02. BUFFER UNDERRUN." I am new to using this, and am very frustrated. What am I doing wrong? How do I get this to work? Also, I did restart the computer and the program in between. I am using an Apple SuperDrive to burn it. Please help!!!

    So i have a 2 screen setup (AOC 23 inch screens, both of them) And they both do run. I'm using them right now for livestreaming through an Open Broadcast Program. The hookup i had going was the standard. Computer <--HDMI and power cable -- > Roxio <---HDMI to DVI-D ---> Second Screen (AOC 23 inch screens are DVI D or VGA, not HDMI so i needed to get a "X to Y" cable for it. i have both an "HDMI to VGA" and "HDMI to DVI-D" and tried both.... to no avail. The graphics card i use is an Nvidia 970 GTX GEForce graphics card if this involves anything since some programs have problems with Nvidia. Also it is an I7 - 4790 Intel quad core 3.6 GHz processor 16gb ram SSD hard drive w/ 1 TB storage. The light on the roxio shows up blue for the HDMI and a purple roxio arrow light to show power. when hooked up, but doesn't show signal to the screen. (It's almost like the signal is 'lost' upon contacting the Roxio to go to the second screen.) Can someone assist me in figuring out this problem? I bought this bloody thing back in December in preparation for this computer (a custom built gaming rig purchased for almost 2 grand) And figured Roxio would be perfect for it. This really bothers me

    It's basically unusable for me and here are the major problems I have with it: 1. Audio that isn't specifically linked to a piece of footage ALWAYS desyncs. 2. Trying to actually link audio to the footage usually results in it coming out completely wrong, for example a 3 second piece of music being only 10 frames long. 3. The software always crashes and/or runs really slow (even on a 6-core pc with 8gb ram) to the point that I can go away and make a cup of tea and then drink it before it has loaded. 4. Barely any codecs of .mp4 footage is accepted. I know that this is specifically for xbox footage of that codec but what if I actually want to put in another clip in from YouTube and didn't know about codecs? If there are any fixes to any of these please let me know because they having been making me smash my head on my desk for a while now. Also if anyone knows how to record footage and audio at the same time while using the device could you let me know. It's a real pain otherwise due to the afore mentioned audio desyncing.

    Hi, my name is Austin, and I am a recent purchaser of your Game capture HD Pro.I was very excited to receive this, and upon purchase, I proceeded to attempt to record my pc gameplay. For my setup, I have one HDMI cable coming from the video output of the computer and into the input of the capture device. I have another cable running from the capture card's output into an HDMI-DVI converter, which is plugged into my monitor. I have my FireWire usb cable running from the capture card into the same PC that I have my HDMI's plugged into. When I open the Roxio capture program, I see my desktop background, but nothing more. No icons, shortcuts, mouse pointer, or anything. I attempted to run a game, play it for awhile, and then watch the recording, but the recording was nothing but my desktop background.No sound from the game either. I know the product is not defective. It worked on my Wii and ps3. Can you help me identify the problem?

    When I downloaded EASY CD, I recieved several unwanted problem programs. There is no way to remove them!!!!!!!! ROXIO can't be contacted for help. I have to uninstall the product and take it to a computor repair store to have it cleaned. LAST TIME I PURCHASE A ROXIO OR COREL PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

    Hi there, after alot of trubles back and fourth i've finaly got a working roxio gamecapure HD pro. however there is just one problem. i record some footage (i record pc footage. no console.), and when i watch the footage later there is no gameplay sound. it records video but not audio. why? and can someone help me, please. i got my roxio gamecapture HD pro for christmas, but that one didn't work. so now i've finaly got a new one but it dosen't record Audio. so please help. if it matters here's my systems specs. (its a laptop) windows 8.1 64-bit geforce gtx 770m intel core i7-4700mq processor 8gb RAM HDD: 750 GB 7200RPM please excuse my english. i am a Norwegian so my english isnt actualy flawless to say the least. but please help! Please help me, anyone who can help as soon as possible, I'd greatly appreciate it.

    Hey, I have been having a problem with my capture card, it keeps speeding up the sound and video when I am recording. I know most people say that the problem is the computer your recording on, but its not. My computer has 8GB of ram and a 1TB hard drive. It is also brand new. Could anyone please help me? Thankfully I am a trained editor in TV, but the last thing I want to do is spend hours on end adjusting the speed of the video and the pitch of the sound.

    I have had my Roxio for about a year and I have been searching for a solution but I don't think I have found anything. so what is happening is that when I set up my game capture the screen in the capture window shows the stuff on my xbox but it is cut in half the bottom half on top and the top half on the bottom. there is also a no signal even though it shows up even though its messed up, and if it matters the no signal is red, and I know I have everything plugged in right, I also recently switched to hdmi, also im not a guy who knows a ton about computers so please try to explain things simply. thank you

Also, when recording the preview box is black, but that's a separate problem and not as 'serious'. How can I fix that horrible pixelated effect it's giving in the preview box in VideoWave? Is there anything I can use to convert the m2ts to mp4 or something? Won't that downgrade my quality though? My computer isn't crappy or anything and can run anything else I guess.

    So, I received my gamecapture a few months ago for my birthday and, upon 6 months of looking at the forums for a solution, my gamecapture will not record my voice. it records the voice of other people just fine, but not mine. is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

    I have read every thread I can find on this issue but Is it safe to say that the WiiU is not compatible with the Roxio HD pro when using HDMI? Everything is working fine with component and HDMI for various consoles but when using HDMI cables for the WiiU I only get video and no sound on the PC. The picture displays on the TV but it doesn't have sound either. However when going directly with either cable from the TV to the WiiU sound works fine, so I know the cables/wiiU are fine. Just to confirm the setup I am going: WiiU -> Roxio HD pro(via HDMI) then from the Roxio -> TV(HDMI) PC(USB).     i have had my roxio for about a year or two and i've been using it on my laptop perfectly fine and now im trying to use it for my windows 8 desktop and it reboots my computer when ever i start it and it says there is a problem. some times on a good day it will run fine but it will say there is a script error and i have tried updating it and it still does the same thing. also while having the capture card inserted in my usb and after 20 mins my computer had a problem and rebooted and it did it again when it came back and it is frustrating that it doesn't want to work for me when it works for a lot of other people. some one please help. if i don't get any help i'm probably just going to try a different capture card that i know will work for my computer.

    So I Posted Another Topic Similar To This Before. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ So Here Is My Story: -I Purchased The Roxio Game Capture(Standard). -Than I Installed It Into An Out-dated Computer.(Program Never Worked) -I Than Tried Other Computers To See If They Worked.(Still Didn't Wok) -After Sometime, I Purchased A New Computer After Moving Into A New House. -I Than Went Looking For My Roxio And The Disc/CD. -I Found My Roxio, But I Didn't Find The Disc/CD Or The Box. -I Tried To See If I Can Purchased or Download The Installation Software(Or Whatever It Was) Via Roxio.com And Other Websites. -I Than Needed A Support Code, Which I Never Got Via E-Mail.(I Checked Every E-mail Account I Use) -Since I Don't Have The Disc/CD Or Box Of The Roxio I Can't Do Anything. -So Than I Came Here To Find A Solution, But Never Found Something I Haven't Tried Before. -I Have Updates On My Account Showing My Frustrations Of Roxio.(They Are My View Of The Company From What I Have Been Treated Like) -So Yeah, What Next?

    Okay I have seen a lot of problems with this error on the internet and cannot seem to find a resolution for it. I had a older version of Easy VHS to Dvd and it worked great for awhile. Then my wife got her new computer and it is windows 7 64bit. It still records fine but when trying to trim the video it does not stay there after you hit stop. it just puts the video in the designated folder. So if i try to import it, it crashes every time. So i contact customer service to get a answer because it was after the 14 day period. The lady tells me you need to upgrade and that should fix it. So i upgraded to the newest version and nope it did not fix the issue. So with this new version I send in for my technical support code and I get a emai that states that it should be arriving shortly. So i can customer service again and they tell me it could take 24 hours to get the code. I just paid for this software and cannot get any support right now? COME ON! I get the emai the next day and submit the report. Well it taked another 24 hours for them to get back with me and what they told me did not work. I sent them a email back and have not heard from them in over 24 hours now. Why cannot you just talk to someone on the phone? This is clearly the worst customer service and tech support that i have ever seen on anything that i have purchased. And of course i am not home right now to give you the version that i am running but i know it is the latest. So here is my error message: An unknown error has occurred, The application will shut down now. Exception:Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Thanks for any help i can get

    Hi, so i got my game cap a while ago and My HDMI cables have just arrived. As I was putting them in (I have a Game cap HD pro btw) i couldn't record. I decided to take them out to record normally and it says I have no signal P.S as I have been typing this I am no longer able to open it. I went to take a screenshot so I loaded it up, hit capture and nothing has happened.

    Good afternoon, I have recently bought my Roxio HD Pro, for the main purpose of livestreaming. The other day when I was testing it out on Twitch TV, it was working absolutely fine. I tried again today, but I don't have any gameplay audio this time. And that also includes when I capture some gameplay too. I'm wondering if it had anything to so with the update I did on the Astros Mixamp 2013, as I hadn't had that plugged into my PC before.
