  1. My puter crashed and I had to return it to factory settings. When I tried to reinstall Creator 2012 and I got to the point of the program telling me to check for softwhare updates, it came back with,"You are not connected to the internet". Well, I checked, Iwas connected to the internet. I tried to cancel the rquest and everything stopped from there. So I ried everything again, just closing out the request to check for updates. same problem. Everything just stopped. So now what do I do?
  2. I had the motherboard replaced on my Dell Inspiron 560 desktop, requiring me to re-install Creator 2012. After many trials and tribulations, I managed to uninstall then re-install the software. Now every time I run Creator 2012 I get a message "Please wait while Windows configures Creator 2012" then tells me to restart. I restart, and I keep getting this message. This happens EVERY time I run Creator 2012. If I skip this step I have very limited functionality. Only a few applications are available. Does anyone have a solution for this problem. I am running Windows 7. Could it be an incompatibility with the new motherboard? The reason I re-installed Creator 2012 is because the option to capture audio from the sound card disappeared after the new motherboard was installed, even though the new board had the same sound card as the original board.
