Good afternoon. I bought a GameCap HD Pro from the Roxio website but I couldn't use it (a lot of bugs and glitches). Now I want to return it. So contacted customer support and got a return number any everything. Weird thing is, the money has been refunded to my account but the GameCap HD Pro device has not even been sent back to Roxio. And yes I did search the forums for an answer and even on Google. I could not find a nice answer. My questions are: Where do I send it? Is my situation common to those people who requested a refund? Sorry Roxio, in its current state, your product is just not for me. Now, I've accepted the return terms and conditions and such, but I've received no information as to where to send the product back to or if I'm just straight up getting a refund or what. Will I receive more information on this?
