Hi folks, brand new here. Got the system hooked up and it recorded two short video game captures just fine but now when I record something of just :30 the software locks up when I click the Stop Capture button and gives me the following: Runtime Error! Program:... Game Capture HD PRO\Media Import\MediaCapture\Game1X.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. My specs HP box, AMD II X2 220 2.8 GHz 64-bit OS 4 GB RAM AMD Radeon HD 5450 Windows 7 Home Premium Game Capture Pro (Build 102B22A) I tried reinstalling but did NOT get the repair function I have seen mentioned in some other threads, I reinstalled and tried with the older version and the most recent version but still have this problem. Any ideas? kind regards
Hey everyone, I've properly installed the software of my Roxio Game Capture HD Pro and the installation went fine. But afterwards when starting the program and hitting the "capture" button I got a little pop error thingy that said: "Microsoft Visual Runtime Error C++ Library This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way." And then nothing really. I tried a few things but I just don't know what to do anymore... anyway, here are my PC specs: genuine Intel CPU 1.66 GHz 300gb RAM Windows Vista Home Basic 32-bit
I just purchased MyDvd Video Lab & when I use Videowave it either says it has stopped working or I get a runtime error. It is happening at random times & I have tested various things to see if there is any consistency & cannot find any. At times it errors out while saving, other times when adding transitions. I tried a new project with only 5 pictures with the same issues. I have attached a screenshot of the operating system info. If there is other info needed to determine how to fix this I can get that info.
