  1. When Roxio's video capture USB device is plugged into my computer's USB port; a BSOD occurs immediately. Three times in a row(boots in between) it happen. Error message from Windows 10 (1511) Pro was: 1st time: Driver_Power_State_Failure Booted computer 2nd time: Bad_Pool_Header Booted computer 3rd time: Paged_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area
  2. I'm having trouble with my Roxio standard came capture. After connecting all the wires to the TV and the RGC, the preview screen is flickering and stuttering; also cuts off either the sides or the top and bottom depending on what setting it's in. Don't think it's a hardware issue because none of this happens on the TV. Any advice?
  3. MAN, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, PLEASE HELP ME, I AM BRAZILIAN, BUT I KNOW ENGLISH A LOT.
  4. Using Creator NXT Pro 2 and have used Roxio products for some years. My last two productions do not "output" correctly when I am trying to convert to a file format compatible with YouTube. There are missing frames or black screens at random places. I have also tried to use the output - direct upload to Youtube and get the same results.....missing frames and pictures. I thought it might be a transition issue as I am using the potluck feature for entering the transitions. Changing them did not help though. The production runs fine in the Roxio format; but that is not compatible with YouTube. I have done this conversion many times in the past and not had this problem. Is there a program update I need? Platform: Windows8.2
  5. So I have had my Roxio game capture hd pro for about twelve days now. The warranty has expire or something, so I cannot get it fixed. In short, everything turns blue. In long, when my Roxio game cap is hooked up, my tv screen is just a blue screen. No text or anything, and it won't start working again unless I unplug the game cap, or shut the program off. It does the same for xsplit as well! It also shows the screen as blue on the recording software. Another final problem, well, the Roxio recording software blue screens my computer. If anyone can help, I need it very badly. I expected it to be better than this. I am very disappointed in Roxio this time.
  6. So I've had my Roxio and used it on my 360. Now I want to record gameplay on my One. But when I set everything up (totally correctly) I can only see the image on my Roxio capture software, my tv remains black. Please someone help
