  1. Hi, have connected my VCR via a SCART socket a Roxio capture device using the 3 RCA phono connectors. I get the picture and sound the monitor screen but a red "no signal" comes up. I have plugged the capture device into the rear of my PC and experimented with different capture settings but to no avail. It detects that the protocol is NTSC as the tape was made in the US. Can you suggest what might be the problem and any things I can try. Many thanks
  2. I tried to record today and all I got was this (see attached link to youtube vid https://youtu.be/nnVWmEajlgA) please help
  3. I have my roxio game capture plugged in but when I pull up the capture program it keeps telling me it has no signal. What do I do?
  4. Sigh! Yesterday and the day before I recorded/captured a couple of VHS videos. Worked fine. And this morning I continued the work from yesterday, and guess what. "No video signal". Win10Pro and EVD3 Plus.

    No Signal

I use a HD PRO and I recently have been having some problems with it. It is giving me a green "No Signal" light when I go to record my game as if my cable isn't in. Now I do have all the updates that the software permits as well as making sure the cables are in properly. I can see the game on my TV screen just fine. But I cant see it or record it on laptop. I use a Windows 8 laptop which ive recorded and uploaded from before 90% of my recording has been on my ne laptop. It just started doing this maybe a month ago id estimate. I hope you can figure out a solution please help!
  6. my Roxio Hd would work perfectly before the newest update. Now in order for my TV to show what i have to do is turn my computer on. and its annoying because my computer takes alot of power so when i dont want to record i need my computer on to display my xbox on my tv
  7. I'm trying to capture footage on my PC using my Roxio. It's worked just fine for a long time and it's suddenly not working... well, it's working in the sense that the signal from the HDMI cords goes from the computer tower, through the Roxio capture device, and to my monitor just fine, but the program itself just says "No Signal" which makes absolutely no sense at all. I'm not trying to capture footage of a console, I'm trying to capture footage of my computer games, it's worked just fine up till now. I've already tried repair several times, even with my anti-virus protection off, I assume the HDMI cables are just fine since the signal does go through to my monitor, the Roxio itself doesn't seem damaged and this was all worked just fine the other day, what happened? Here are my computer specs: Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.140303-2144) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. I have the exact same problem where when I adjust the resolution bar and suddenly I get something, but it comes through all glitchy and broken. I have no idea what to do, please help me. http://forums.suppor...o-signal-issue/ Again, I'm trying to capture footage OF my computer, ON my computer, not a console.
