    I got a new computer and want to put the Roxio capture card software onto it but i cant find the CD. Is there a way to install it from online? I have the CD key but just not the CD. Please I am desperate as i want to record some stuff and cant.

    Hello everyone, After i read nearly every Post about Install Interruptions with the Roxio HD PRO Software, I am still clueless what to do. I already did everything mentioned in other Posts, thats why i start a new one in the hope someone already solved this Problem. I will also submit my Log Files as a ZIP if possible. What I have done so far: Downloaded it to the desktop (save file) then run it from the desktop! Install it without checking for updates install it and let it check for updates at the beginning. Create a New User Account with Administrator Privileges. Downloaded Servicepack 2 and tried to install it. My System is an MSI ge60 i7 3630Qm GTX660M 2Gb 16Gb Ram I mainly want the Roxio to capture the Signal from a PC and use the Laptop for streaming. If someone has an Idea i would be super happy, if something is missing just ask me i will try to provide you with more informations! Edit i can´t upload the Zip file i always get an Error: No file selected after it uploaded them. And the single Files won´t work.     Hello, I recently bought a pre-owned Roxio GameCap. Since it was pre-owned it did not come with a software disc. I have tried using several other programs like OBS. I never seem to get a actual image to be visible. It will show just greens lines and a black background. So is there any alternatives I could use? If not is there a way I can get the GameCap software?

    Hi all, I just purchased the above software, but struggling to load it onto my laptop. I keep getting an error message saying 'Invalid Product Key' even though I clearly have the correct key numbers inputted. My laptop only runs windows 7. Could this be the problem? Any help would be gratefully received!

    There are a few things. First the Software Update Manager is no longer working since a Windows Update Months ago. Does no difference system is Windows 7 or above. I hope that you can fix this. Than there is a feature missing for capturing gameplay sound and recording a microphone at the same time as mix. There is a Option PAL_720p/1080i that is not useable. Roxio Game Capture always switch back to NTSC_M (i am using PAL Gaming Consoles) OBS - Open Broadcaster Studio can Capture much better Video Quality than the Game Capture Software why is this so ? And can you please tell us the right settings for capturing with best quality ?

    When i try to change my roxio profile i can only select 480i and not HD 720p because it doesn't show up. I've looked over the web and cannot find anything about this. Also i get a black preview screen and when i try to start capturing footage it creates a file that is not viewable. Then i got a prompt to use ffdshow which changed me to windows 7 basic which changed the preview screen to show a purple box instead of black.

    I recently completely restored my computer, i lost all my files and such in the process. I need to get the capture software that comes with the CD. I tried to download off this website, but it says that it couldn't locate it on my system. Do I need a new CD? Am I downloading the wrong file? Please help! The Picture is what I get from the 1.1 service pack.

    Whenever I try to update my software for my game capture HD pro it gives me an error message. I've attached a screenshot. I'm really confused what I'm supposed to do. Repairing the program through "programs and features" on my computer didn't work either. In fact, it gave me the same message when I tried to repair it.

    Hi, I need help to try and fix my roxio creator NXT 3, When I open the software, it crashes with the error message 'Roxio Creator is not responding' the program then crashes with no reason Before you answer to help, I have attempted to... 1. Deinstall the entire program then installed it again. 2. Used the repair setting on the disk I dunno what to do, can I PLEASE get help as I use this to edit my youtube videos, the person whos answer fixes the application I will give a shoutout to in my next youtube video! PLZ HELP!

    I have an iMAC that is about a year old. I purchased the easy VHS to DVD at a store and thought I could find a downloadable version of the software online, but now I see there is very little customer support available. Is a download available or should I return the product to the store! I have a pile of VHS home movies to convert and was looking for an EASY solution! Thanks.

    When I first installed Roxio Game Capture HD Pro everything worked properly, but now after I re-installed windows 7 I am getting this problem. There are insufficient graphics capabilities for the application to run This can be caused by the following: - your video card driver may not fully support DirectX 9.0. Check to see if an updated driver is available for your card. - Your Video Card Hardware may not be sufficient for full DirectX 9.0 support. you will need to upgrade your card. How would I fix this problem?

    A cousin of mine sent me a dvd of family photos and old time super 8 film transferred to dvd. I cannot play it. It seems to not be compatible to play on my PC or blueray dvd player. I there someway that can I play this dvd? Desperate and frustrated.

    URGENT! We have recently installed the Roxio Game Capture software onto our windows 8.1 laptop and it comes up saying: "The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it." Can someone please help us? This is kind of urgent as we are starting filming for a big GTA film we are doing on the 1st OCTOBER and we need this software working then. Does anyone know how we can fix it? NOTE that the computer is running on Windows 8 and we had to recover the software from a Roxio up port member. Thank you

    Every time I open up the Roxio program the capturing works great! but i can no longer edit because the second the editor opens... it crashes and I have tried everything. I have tried to repair the software, but not un install because I dont have my product key anymore. help me please?

    Hello , A week ago i recieved my Roxio Game Capture HD. So i put the software disk in than install it and than when it was finished i plugged my roxio game capture HD in. When i press on the Roxio Game Capture Software Icon , i get a screen that saiys "Capture" and "Edit & Share". When i plug my Roxio Game Capture HD in and click on "Capture" the program keeps loading and loading until forever. ( I Also noticed when i plug it in many drivers of my computer are getting slow like my Wifi ). And when my Roxio Game Capture HD is unplugged and i press capture than i get the regular screen. ( its saiys without the roxio plugged in: "Input: No Input" "Signal: "No Signal".) I already tried to repair it without the roxio plugged in but it keeps giving me the same waiting screen evrytime. I Contacted the Roxio Support but i still didnt recieved anything after a week , the dont have my wrong email because i've got the confirm email about my support ticket on it. I still have all the cords and the actual device but I was hoping that there was a way that I could get the recording and editing software that originally came with it. Thanks
