  1. Yesterday I bought Creator nxt3 online. I started downloading and put in the product code. The code was accepted but the installation failed. I tried downloading again to install but when I put the product code in it said product code can not be verified. I have a project I need to finish and would like to get the program working. I sent an email through support but did not get a response. Does anyone have a phone number or solution for me. I really appreciate it.
  2. I am unable to copy the MAC disk Roxio Toast 11 Titanium to use on my MAC. When going through the process to copy the disk, the programed started to verify the files, views them, then directs me to the" install large icon of the toaster (w/ disk and phone)". I begin the process to install. It takes 25 plus minutes. I get a folder with a minus sign on it. When I double click this folder, a message box says I do not have permission to open this folder. I called Apple Care and spoke to a tech who worked with me to help load the program, but with no success. I registered the program on the Roxio website (Corel) with the serial key as this needed to be done to use the program. Help? I contacted Corel support (Roxio). They asked me to copy the disk. Still no luck. Never had a problem with this MAC (it's new).
