  1. I bought a Roxio Video Capture USB device (model number HU3180-E) a while back and had it setup on my main desktop for streaming off of older gaming consoles. I have since upgraded my desktop including a new M.2 SSD and have had to reinstall everything from the ground up. However, I am not able to get this to install completely. I have followed the instructions at the pinned post (https://forums.support.roxio.com/topic/123003-video-drivers-for-usb-capture-fix-for-your-no-video-problem/) and all suggested troubleshooting therein, but am not able to make any headway. It's frustrating to me as this was being sold online on Amazon as the device by itself, but it seems most people get this device with the VHS to DVD 3 Plus software, and when I go to Roxio's support, they don't have straight up drivers for this. I have also tried downloading the drivers listed here: https://support.corel.com/hc/en-us/articles/215877318-Driver-for-Easy-VHS-to-DVD-3-Plus-device. Unfortunately, when I run the program, it does absolutely nothing. It blows through the installation claiming to have completed successfully, but I still can't get the drivers to install. I am attaching a screenshot of my Device Manager showing everywhere that I have seen Roxio drivers. Help!!!!
  2. Is there a registry setting to force MediaCapture15 to start-up in "Roxio Video Capture USB" and "DVD HQ" mode? Thanks In advance... JCN
  3. I have the latest version of Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning (Version 14.0.49.2; 5.0.0.0, Build 140B49C, ECD; 701B41A, ECD) running on Windows 10 Professional updated to the latest build. My problem is that I have a bootable ISO file (EaseUS Partition Master) which I've downloaded and I need to burn it to a bootable USB flash drive so I can boot-up on it and run the program. However, try as I might I can't find out how to accomplish this task - it gives me an option to burn it to disc but not to a USB flash drive. It's a dirt-common function and one I'm sure this Roxio program has, but so far I haven't discovered how to make it work. Any information on how to use Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning to do this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  4. I want to copy old VHS tapes to USB or portable hard disc drive. Is it possible with this Roxio Easy VHS to DVD 3 product I purchased and if so how do I go about doing this?
  5. I have used Toast for many years and it has served me well. With the changes in technology, Apple no longer using DVD ports, I am making a switch to offer my clients their videos on USB rather than DVD. When I drag my Video clips into toast for DVD it "automatically resizes/ re-formats" the files to fit on a DVD 4.7GB. That is with my menu. How can i keep the menu and file size? I want it to be the same as if you put in a DVD only you will be using a USB. I will take any ideas/help anyone can give.

  7. Hello Anybody! I am thinking of purchasing Creator NXT4 for a new Win. 7 Pro 64 bit system. Can anyone tell me if it has the ability to make the volume levels the same for all of the music files that I copy to USB jump drives for the car? Just doing a drag and drop in Windows copies the files the way they are, and I can't find this out on the Creator NXT4 web site, thus my question. My old Creator 5 had this ability when I burnt a CD, but now I use USB jump dirves. Thanks in advance to all who reply! All the Best, DyonDon
  8. In the past nine months after using 2012 Pro in Windows 7, I've had an unfortunate and unmerciful jam from the video capture the processes area in the task manager that refuses to delete. In other words, if you were to go to task manager and delete a process from running like you normally after it jams, it doesn't go away, yet the program shuts off and exits. It seems as though this only does that when the updated LCD driver for the monitor switches and interferes with the video capture of it. The video screen window goes black and you don't see what is coming from the TV tuner. I am currently using a haupaugge 950Q USB. This also does it when the window is minimized for certain length of time. Is it a video driver problem either that is it a USB problem with it? If I want to delete the process I literally have to reboot the computer otherwise it won't forcefully delete it. I can't even do a end process tree to delete it.
  9. I have been using Roxio Easy Media Creator 7.5 through Windows 2000 Professional and a Behringer U-Control UCA200. I have recorded live instruments, regularly, for a while now. I am able to mix 4 or 5 tracks at a time and sound pretty close to live. It is fantastic software. I just got the new Roxio Creator 2012 Pro and loaded it on my E-Machines ET1331G with Windows 7 Professional on it. I plugged my guitar right to my Behringer U-Control UCA200 (USB interface, also fantastic). Roxio records as WAV files and everything is clean, warm and crisp up until play back. The WAV file plays back with a consistent cycling clicking noise through out. If I add tone pedal gain to the signal, the noise is about as loud as the guitar. There is also a slight delay, in this set up (mostly default Windows 7) that I do not experience on the Roxio 7.5 set up. What can I do?
