  1. Hello All, I need a little help. When I import from VHS (Roxio Video Capture) it does not keep it at 4.3, instead it stretches it to full screen. I didn't realize it until I burned it to DVD (My DVD)and it looked TERRIBLE. Is there a way to import and keep it exactly how it looks on the VHS? I checked all settings and it looks like you can only choose low, medium, high. I used high. Thank you all in advance! Mike
  2. I recently digitized VHS tapes and I found that the image is pixelated (big square pixels) a lot (see attached picture). I try to read the video on a PC and I get same results. I don't understand as I did it many times before with better results. I'm using a iMac 2014 retina 4K. Can it be related to Yosemite? I posted the video on YouTube as a demo (http://youtu.be/kMLF4lA62a4) but the pixelation is a lot better (the pixel squares are a lot smaller). I don't know how Youtube can improve image quality like this? If so, I suppose I should find a software to give a treatment to the file but I would prefer by far to find a way to get best results with Easy VHS to DVD.
  3. Hi I have a question - I am using the Roxio 2009 Creator with the Video Capture USB but it seems to not be connecting properly. Everything is plugged in, and my computer recognizes the "USB 2861 Device," but says that there isn't an installed driver and I think that is the reason why I can't import (maybe?). When I try to install a driver for it, Windows says there isn't one (I am on Windows 7 64-bit). So when I try to "select a device" to capture/import from in the "Roxio Media Import" module, my only option in the drop-down menu is for my webcam. Is there another option that I need to select or something I'm not doing? I am just starting to use this software and there is no customer support on the product because it's a "legacy product." Please help! I'm hoping to convert some family movies as a Christmas present to my parents this year, so any help will be appreciated! Thanks, Kristen
