had to redo my system having had to replace the main hard drive and apparently i forgot to move the download for Easy vhs to dvd 3. I logged into my account and it shows i registered the software, but it will not let me download it, bummer. So, is there any way that i can get the download again?
Hoping to converter 8mm tapes to dvd on new years day. Attempted to install and error messages came up in regard to the proxy manager not working, but somehow I was able to finish the download but the program will not capture or burn correctly. I saw on one forum to go to safe mode, uninstall, and reload but that was a fix for a different problem. I have a dell vostro, windows 7 Any help would be appreciated, A dad just trying to preserve some old videos, Paul
hi, i'm new to the forum and to capturing video. I've been having a problem with my vhs to dvd 3 program. I have it installed and connected. I can see the video and hear it when I play the vhs...but when I go to record it it crashes...I hear it for a couple of seconds, the screen goes black then to green then nothing...when I stop recording it it doesn't let me do anything else. what i have for specs is: windows 7 home premium, processor: amd Athlon 64 x2 dual core processor 5200+ 2.60ghz, RAM 3.00 GB, System type: 64-bit...i'm not sure if i have a graphics card or not. i also checked the device manager and i have both drivers installed....anyways i would appreciate any help...it's been a frustrating experience.
I just bought the VHS to DVD 3 and watched them scan the activation bar code on the box at the store. I tried to load the software and I get the error "product key is not activated". Contacted the company but got the run around by being told that I could pay a fee to talk to someone in support. I also filled out and submitted a help form, but no reply. Not very impressed the customer support. Can anyone help me with this problem?
