  1. I have my roxio game capture plugged in but when I pull up the capture program it keeps telling me it has no signal. What do I do?
  2. Trying to use the HD Pro to capture some Smash Bros fights. I have made sure all the cables are plugged in the right spot. Uninstalled and re installed Roxio, checked for updates, put my WiiU in 720p, restarted my computer and wii u, tried with another device (that worked) and am getting nothing out of my WiiU. I have read every thread about the Wii U and tried everything. Still with no avail. The furthest I have gotten is my TV says "Mode not supported. The resolution is not supported on this TV" Please help. I have been trying at this for days.
  3. So I've been looking around to see if this problem has a concrete solution somewhere else on the forums, but it doesn't appear to. As I've seen from other users, I'm unable to get my Roxio Game Capture HD to work with my WiiU. I have connected everything properly, as displayed in the diagram, with HDMI cables from the WiiU to the video input on the capture device, and another cable from the video output on the capture device to the TV, and lastly, the USB to my computer which is running the latest version of the capture software. My computer is running windows 7 with the latest updates, etc...etc... I have made sure to set the WiiU's display resolution to 1080p, and attempted all other resolution types (1080i, 720p, 480p) none of them worked or made a difference, still getting "No Signal". My TV is a Sony KDLW3000, not sure if this makes any sort of difference but I figured I'd put it out there. So what can I do to solve this problem? theoretically, there should be nothing wrong with the setup I'm using, soooooo, any suggestions? Thanks, -Slinky_Slink
  4. I have read every thread I can find on this issue but Is it safe to say that the WiiU is not compatible with the Roxio HD pro when using HDMI? Everything is working fine with component and HDMI for various consoles but when using HDMI cables for the WiiU I only get video and no sound on the PC. The picture displays on the TV but it doesn't have sound either. However when going directly with either cable from the TV to the WiiU sound works fine, so I know the cables/wiiU are fine. Just to confirm the setup I am going: WiiU -> Roxio HD pro(via HDMI) then from the Roxio -> TV(HDMI) PC(USB). Sample video with no sound here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lieyoxOCl44 Would appreciate if anyone could point me in the right direction of a HDMI workaround.
