  2. Hello! I have been working with the Roxio Game Capture for some time now and I finally sat down and recorded some CoD . Everything looked perfect on the video feed, I had to mess with the audio for some time but no problems there but after I recorded about over 2 hours of game play, MY VIDEO IS ALL FUZZY!!!!! So I switched to a different game and the same thing!!!!! I have no idea how to fix this and I hope this post is up in the right subject, but if anyone knows how to fix this that would be amazing!!! Working with and Xbox 360, 1080i and not to sure about my laptop I'm working with but I know I did just recently purchase it. all cords are perfect and well working. I have zero Idea of what I am doing.
  3. Hi, About 2 hours ago, I set up my Roxio Game Capture (standard). I recorded a couple of gameplays, no problem. However when I watched them back, they were all at 2x speed, gameplay and sound. I then tried recording 3 clips in 3 different file formats - AVI, DIVX, WMV. All yielded the same result - 2x speed of gameplay and audio. Is there any way I can fix this? Laptop specs: Intel Core i3 370m Dual Core CPU @ 2.4GHz. 4GB DDR3 RAM Intel HD Graphics 250GB HDD Awaiting your replies, James.
  4. I have set up my game capture correctly, and I'm trying to record my 360 footage. When I record, the fps drops drastically, and there is a few seconds delay from when it happens on the xbox to on the computer. when I play it back, the visuals go at 20 times speed, but the audio plays only t about 1.5. Help?
  5. I've setup the Roxio inline with the xbox through HDMI and getting no signal at all. I tried plugging it into my sky+ box and the signal showed up straight away (obviously couldn't record as signal protected) and that was using the same HDMI cable as with the xbox. tried rebooting everything and plugging everything back in but still no signal. Also, have just noticed that its says Input: Component Status: No Signal. I'm unable to change the input further up as its greyed out but says HDMI in there.
  6. Am I able to use turtle beaches as a mic with the Roxio Game Capture for live streaming on twitch? Also, if that is possible, are the people watching the stream able to hear people in my party? The attached file is the capture card I am speaking about.
  7. I am a fairly new person when it comes to software concerning PC's and Mac's. My question is this; Am I able to record my xbox360 through the use of the roxio game capture hd pro onto my iMac to then post to youtube? The iMac has OSX 7 and is up to date on everything. I am not looking to record the screen of the Mac itself, but rather I want to know if I can use the iMac to record my xbox360 using the Roxio HD Pro.
  8. Hello, This morning I received my card and after installing the disc and checking to see if it needed any new software I took to my Xbox360. Making sure via the sheet I wired it up correctly I connect the Television and Xbox360 together and turned both on, but was met with a black screen and a No Signal in the middle of the screen; at no point did the capture card light up. I turned both off and checked the cables to see if they where secure, I turned console and TV back on and was met with again the same screen and message. I took to YouTube to see if I was wiring up the Capture card correctly and I was, it was then I noticed that theirs was lighting up "Bright Blue". Curiosity to the better of me and I place the HDMI cable for the TV in the console end and immediately the red light glowed on the capture card so I placed the HDMI for the console in the TV end and turned on the console in hope that I'd been sent an oddity it glowed blue however to my disappointment I still received the black screen and again "No Signal" I am now lost on what to do? I'd really like this to work and I hope there is an easy solution, perhaps a PC based one? Can anybody help? Thank you
  9. when i plug my set up in all together i can see my xbox dashboard on my roxio software but the monitor will not show the dashboard and says it has no input
  10. Alright so i've kind of managed to get the device to record in my own roundabout way but when i go to windows media player to view my recorded gameplay, the audio will fast-forward quickly then slow down and return to normal in about 10 seconds. I'm not sure whats causing it and any feedback would be appreciated.
  11. Hey everyone . Firstly id like to say I love my ROXIO HD PRO and have never had a problem with it until as of recently after not using it for about 2 weeks it hasnt worked properly. The first thing that happened was it kept coming up saying select device not found so I followed this http://forums.suppor...vice-not-found/ and it helped fix the problem but now all i have is a blank screen where it doesnt seem to be recieving input even tho the USB Device is working and the XBOX 360 is working on the TV. Also i am using a 2m USB extender which works great and has never had problems with. This is my current setup And this is what I am getting on my computer everytime i try and use it after unplugging it and reconnecting all the leads even reinstalling it all from CD. Also here are my PC Specs: Motherboard - ASUS S1366 P6X58D-E Motherboard CPU - Intel Core i7 950 3.07GHz @ 3068 MHz CPU Cooler - Zalman CNPS10X GPU - ASUS ATI Radeon HD 5870 RAM - 6gb tripple channel 1600mhz Power Supply - OCZ 700W ModXstream PRO DVD - Pioneer DVR-219BK 24x DVD DL Burner SATA Black HD - 1TB Seagate 7200rpm SATA 6Gb/s HDD Monitor - 23" Led Samsung monitor Keyboard - Logitech G15 Keyboard Mouse - Logitech HID Operating System Windows 7 64Bit Hope someone can help me out
