Audio But No Video

Hi, I just purchased the VHS to DVD 3 plus today and after installing it I have encountered some issues. When I press play on the input device the display shows nothing but a green screen while the audio is playing. I found if I unplug the usb and plug it back in while the video is playing, Roxio will show 1 frame of the video at the time it was plugged in. I am totally lost with what is going on here and any help would be appreciated.

The device manager recognized everything. I figured out the issue though. The usb I was using was a shitty one on the front of my case. I switched it the one on the back and everything works like butter. Thanks for the reply though.

Using another USB port and checking if the correct drivers are present are the first things we should ask you!

 

The USB device requires power to work and some front mount USB ports are limited on the power they supply to the unit.
