Some Flac Files Not Recognized By Creator Nxt 2

Hello,

 

I'm new to the forums, but a longtime user of Roxio products.

 

Lately, I've been experiencing issues with some of my FLAC files not being recognized by Creator NXT 2. The file extensions read as .flac, but yet Creator NXT 2 says they're not valid or supported music files. The strange thing is,it recognizes some flac files but not all. Any ideas??

Attach one that doesn't work for you. You might have to rename it to something like .wmv so the board will accept it, we can rename it when downloaded.

It won't let me upload the file even after I rename it. It's still 140 mb.

When you go to attach it it shows the MB limit cut it down to under that size.

I see it's 30 mb, but I'm not sure how to trim it down. How do you do that? Sorry. I'm a newbie at this.
