Capture Program Issue

Question

I set up my Roxio Game Capture Hd Pro yesterday and it worked fine. I was just looking for a program that record Skype calls as well as in-game noise. The next day i wake up and get all of my programs set up. When i launch the capture part of the given program the video on my Second doesn't go through and the capture page says there is no signal. I've checked all the cords multiple times, but have not been able to try replacing as i don't have any other HDMI cords with me at the moment but will try getting a hold of one to see if that fixes it. Any suggestions as to what i can do to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
