Toast 12 Hd/bd Plug-In

I just bought Toast Titanium 12 as an update from 8. The product page says it can burn DVDs and BDs, with no mention of needing to buy an addition plugin for burning BD. Is there something I'm missing and it should have been included? If not, I'm requesting a refund.

The standard Toast 12 can burn Blu-ray format high-def videos to standard and DL DVD discs as long as the video isn't too long to fit. To burn longer videos requiring Blu-ray disc media (and a Blu-ray disc burner) the Blu-ray plugin is needed. I don't know about burning data to Blu-ray media using the standard Toast 12.
