Have I Bought The Correct Programme?

I am a Mac user and I am trying to create slideshows with music to burn on a DVD to view on a domestic TV. So far I have not been able to integrate the music with the slideshow. Presumably this where Sonicfire comes into the picture. If so, how do I go about integrating the two programmes? Any help would be much appreciated.

To Digital Guru, I also don't see any transitions that can be applied to a slideshow. Is this not available?

Toast does not support adding audio to its DVD slideshows just as it does not support adding audio to its DVD menus. There are apps that make video slideshows such as iPhoto, iMovie and Fotomagico with audio that Toast will burn to DVD with their audio tracks. iDVD and Wondershare's DVD Creator for Mac make DVD slideshows with audio.

Thank you for your help, Digital Guru. It would therefore appear that I have used a sledgehammer to crack a nut in buying this software although, to be fair, the quality DVDs it produces are second to none. Thanks again.

You are correct there are no transitions for slideshows with a Toast.
