Wont Let Me Render In 720P! But I Can Record Up To 1080I If Desired

Hello I just got the product off of eBay and it works perfectly except for one flaw which is whenever I capture in 720p it worked fine and captured smooth gameplay and then when I went to render it I kept getting an error when I tried getting it in 720p! Now I have a YouTube channel so for gaming channels these days 480p don't cut it anymore. I was really excited to get it started and record but I run into this problem and I have no clue what to do! Please help!

 

My laptop specs are this:

Intel Pentium B980 2.4GHz

4GB RAM

207.2 GB of free hard drive space

Well I have had it for a couple of days and I love the product honestly but I cannot render in 720p for some reason I need your help! I can capture easily in 720 but cant render because I get an error!

When I finish the editing and I go to Export As and I save the file and everything. Then i get to the Make Movie section and thats where I choose which quality I want to render into so I choose AVCHD 1280x720/60p I click to render it and it doesn't start the rendering and then in about 5-10 seconds comes up with a Error- An error occured during rendering and keeps saying that but when It does 420p it works fine
