Add And Embed Subtitles

hello i'm inetresting to buy roxio cerator NT2 pro.but i want to kno if i can add external subtitles(srt) and embed to video.i w ant to save movie-subtitles,an playing later to tv.also i want to know if i can ''burn'' the ''package'' of movie-sub to usb flash drive.sorry for my bad english and i hope to understand me

No, subtitles as described are not supported.

Steve you have used a couple other Authoring programs, do you know of any that meet his needs?

 

I used Sony Vegas for a time and it does have subtitle capability using srt files or you can make them separately.

I'm not sure about Corel's Subtitle editor because the web site is screwed up and doesn't give details on subtitles. Go here.

 

Since the Roxio program doesn't do subtitles, it is OK for me to post this information. Cyberlink's Power Director will handle those subtitles.
