No Sound On Burned Dvd.. Help!

Every time I try to burn a DVD using Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus no sound is on the DVD. The picture is fine it just has a humming sound and not the sound of the movie, even though when it is converting the sound of the movie plays on my computer. Please help!

When you play the DVD on your computer does it have sound? When you play the DVD on a friend's DVD player does it have sound? Are you sure the sound isn;t there but the volume is turned way down. That happens a lot.
