SuperCrumbler
I try to record my PS4 game play and funnily enough it keeps glitching after a certain amount of time. I have no idea how to fix this issue.
d_deweywright
Can you give us some idea of what "a certain amount of time" is? 3 minutes? 15 minutes? 1/2 hour?
SuperCrumbler
15-20 minutes recording it starts usually.
d_deweywright
There's a possibility it's a heat issue. If you've got any way of getting more airflow around the RGC, even with a small fan blowing on it, that might help. Make sure it's at least "out in the open" and not covered up by something. Are you connecting it (USB) to a laptop or a desktop machine?
SuperCrumbler
Desktop man, and it is in the open however I can see how that would be a problem considering my bedroom is in the loft.
d_deweywright
I just did a little searching for the problem, and one user solved his glitches by disconnecting his web-cam. But I couldn't determine if his problem was developing over time. If it's a heat issue, someone suggested taking one of those freezer, gel packs, wrapping it in a washcloth, and rubberbanding that to the bottom of the RGC unit to see if that helped. So, a couple more things to consider trying...
