My Capture Will Only Work For 0.14 Seconds

Every time I click on "Start Capture" the preview window blinks a bit then continues to show the screen preview fine, but when I click on "Stop Capture" it blinks some more and then a recording of the first 0.14 seconds (same length ever time) appears in the work tray at the bottom. Is this an easy fix or do I uninstall it and go an buy something else?

I tried both of those and now no matter which USB port I plug it into it just shows a grainy black preview and it says "No Signal". But it passes the HDMI signal through to my monitor just fine.

Pass Through is completely unrelated to 'No Signal'...

 

You never mentioned No Signal before so something has changed!

 

If it is RED is means the output from what ever you have it connected to is not a valid input for the RGC Device!

 

It can't be Green or the pass through wouldn't even work...
