No Picture On Tv And Flickering Colours On My Laptop

Question

okay So I have got my Game cap pro hooked up to my LG tv and Xbox 360 using HDMI cables, I have the software installed on my laptop and the game cap pro plugged in correctly, the issue I'm having is I am getting no picture on my TV and on the Computer software I'm getting a flickering preview screen with horizontal blue lines and red oblongs, For some reason the PRT SCREEN I took isn't showing the full problem... has anybody had this issue before and know of a fix? thank you

Make Sure you have your Xbox Settings for output Set to a specific value and not set to Auto Sense!!!

IF that does not cure it, several have fixed by following this Repair process, Step by Step:

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Download and install the
Uninstaller. Then run it in
Moderate Mode
to remove any traces of Roxio.

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Hey only me again,

I tried the steps that you gave me above and that still didn't work.

I tried using composite cables from the xbox to the roxio and from the roxio to my TV and that worked.

Full HDMI connection does not.. It just gives me a no signal message on my tv and a flickering screen on my Television.

A mixture of cables eg Composite to HDMI doesn't work either.

Does this information help any in the diagnostics..

If there is any more info you need please ask and I will give it as well as I can

Thank you

HDMI to the TV from RGC will have HDCP added and it appears your TV cannot deal with that...

IF you are still getting no picture on your PC Monitor and have the Green Ready showing, it is your Video Settings on your PC...

Fastest fix in download the latest Video Software for your Card and uninstall what you have. Then run the dowload to install drivers and software for your video card and don't touch any setting!!!

Reboot and it should work.
