"installation Interrupted" Split From Someone Else's Topic

installation Interrupted That's the same problem I had. I just buy this software this afternoon and I can't install it. It start and at its stop and I have this message«installation interrupted» I have windows 7 Professionelle I have the one with the red box at 29.99$. I have a Asus i7 Intel®Core 4770 CPU@ 3.40GHZ. If somebody can help me. I don't know what to do. Best regards

Please give us the exact wording of the error message.

 

Have you turned off your antivirus and then copy the disc to a new file on your computer and run from there as an administrator? Here (link) is a Roxio KB articles but the error is worded differently . That is why I asked for the exact wording.

 

Please run a Windows dxdiag.exe evaluation of your computer. Search for that term and open it, select to save the results. After it is done, look for dxdiag text file on your computer. Reply to this post by using the "More Reply Option" to the bottom right of the post. Choose the file by navigating to it and then "Attach the file" There is no personal infromation in that file other than your computer name.
