Song Will Not Play

I have used photoshow in the past with great success but now I'm having a problem!! I am making a slideshow and it has 4 songs but I can't hear the 4th song! It shows that it's downloaded and it plays fine in the photoshow music library but will not play when I preview the slideshow....I can add different songs and they play fine.....what is wrong?????

I purchased the song off of Google Music as with the other songs I am using in the slideshow and they work fine....its this one song out of the 4 that isn't working.

Is your slide show long enough to get to the at last song? What happens if you move it toward the beginning?

Even if I move this song to the beginning it still will not play.

Well that sounds like you have a bad download of that music. Are you using the desktop version or the on-line version?

 

Use Windows to navigate to the mp3 files and right click on them, select properties and then details - what bit rate is the "bad one" compared to the others?

I used both desktop and online plus download 2 separate versions of the song and both will not play....the bit rate is the same as the others

There is nothing different that I can tell....I bought it from Google play as well as the other 3 songs....I even bought a different version thinking something was wrong but both will not play. It plays fine on my computer and phone and even plays in the Roxio music library but will not play on the slideshow....it is MP3 format 7mb

Music pinned to a device with an all access subscription is not DRM free, but songs purchased off the store are.
