I have tried to upload a video in EVERY FORMAT Roxio allows but it will not load - I get an error message on each one - any suggestions?

Yeah, I have a question and a suggestion. Why do you come here looking for help and not answer the d-amned questions asked of you? Answer the d-amned questions asked of you in Post #2 of this thread!

Nobody cussed you in any post. Instead of going on about a non-issue why did you not simply answer the questions?

We are still willing to help you if you are interested?

The OP considers the second sentence in post # 5 above as cursing.

One poster agrees with him.

Hey Grandpabruce - Chill out! You dont have to start cussing me - I posted this question yesterday and have been tied up and just got back on this morning -

I downloaded a video from my video camera onto my PC - I have a program that will format the video into any format - I have tried all of the approved Photoshow formats but when I try to download it to the show it gives an error message that this is not the correct format

What is the size of the video? Are you using the web based program or the desktop version?

The first question you posted has little to do with the question you are now asking. It is tough to hit a moving target.

Be nice, we are users and not Roxio employees. You are welcome to try to talk to Roxio tech support and pay for the privilege of finding out they know less than we do.

Me be nice? The guy cusses me out for not responding immediately ? - no worries - I will go to tech support -

Great so we can close this thread?

He cussed you out because you changed your question without answering the questions that were asked of you. It is a two way street. Perhaps you are overstressed. You are welcome to come back anytime and ask for help.

Upload - putting the video onto the web.

Download- getting the video from the web back to your computer.

Perhaps that will help.

Ha - believe me I am not stressed. I just find it interesting that someone on a photoshow forum finds the need to cuss someone out for any reason. I am sure you guys are here to help and that is appreciated but there is no excuse for someone to cuss a person out on a public forum, pure and simple. Yes thread closed and I will move on -

I am not the one having problems. You are. And, if I was having problems, and came here looking for help, I would answer the questions asked of me. ;)
