Create Dvd With Scene Selection

I video long scenes (church services), I would like to create "scene selection" like the old iDVD was able. I am trying to find software (not professional type), just easy to break into scenes for selection. I normally just use iMovie (current version). Any ideas for scene selection like on commercial movie DVD's. Obviously, I do this on a Mac.

Toast lets you manually mark chapters wherever you want them in the Edit window. Maximum 98 chapters per title and 98 titles per disc.
