Hey looking for help, I recently upgraded my Machine to a Windows 7 Professional 64 bit operating system with a 250 SSD and when trying to load my program creator 2011 special addition it give me the following response:
The operating system does not meet the requirements for Roxio Creatro 2011 special edition.
this product will not be installed.
(it then lists the following)
Microsoft Windows XP SP (64bit)
Microsoft Windows XP SP (32bit)
Microsoft Windows Vista (32\64-bit)
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional, or Ultimate (32\64-bit)
I never encountered this problem with a 32 bit system install any ideas?
