I just installed the program and am not able to record or hear any sound. I tried turning off the anti-virus, re-installing the program ("repair"), and re-booting but no change. Where do I go from here?

 

I am using Windows 7.

Did you add any text to the reply with the screen shot?

 

If you look at Windows Device Manager, do you see two entries for Roxio?

I just found another one under Other Devices. It had a bad driver. It gave me the option to reinstall the driver and now, it seems to work.Thanks.

I turned off "Stereo Mix via High Definition" and that solved the problem.
