Question

I'm not sure I am in the right place. My hard drive crashed and I had to redo everything. I couldn't get the copy of Roxio that came with my computer to work, so I purchased and downloaded. Now either ITunes doesn't work or Roxio doesn't work. Are these two programs completely incompatible?? They used to work together just fine, but now if one recognizes the CD burner, the other doesn't. If I change it to make one work, the other doesn't.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Kris

Confirm that you have Creator 2012 and nothing else. Do you have the Pro version or the standard version? When and where did you buy it since it is a 2 version old program.

Please post the tex file from a dxdiag evaluation of your computer (link). I believe that many people, including me has a version of Roxio Creator and ITunes on their computer and don't have a problem. Do you have a version of Quicktime on your computer? It is necessary for Creator.
