Using "live Screen Capture" To Capture A Streaming Video (Firefox)

Instructions are on page 17 of the Toast 12 User Guide accessed via Toast Help. It lets you "record onscreen action for training, demonstrations and other video projects." Audio is only available through the built-in Mic, although some other users found a workaround which you can search for in this forum. It isn't the same as Web video capture which is a feature in the Toast Media Browser which I can't get to work at all.

I have a question about Live Screen Capture...

I just purchased Toast 12 Titanium. Based on the emailed ad this version has Live Screen Capture. I click on extras and it's not there.

in the owners manual it shows that it is a feature of the Pro version.

Either I am doing something wrong or this is false and misleading advertising.

Roxio has failed to help explain this. I can not contact support without some support code which I should have received upon registering. They have not send it.

I know I should expect nothing from Roxio / Corel and I am never disappointed!
