Bill H69
When I rip an audio album usually Roxio gets all the metadata correctly, but sometimes it will come up with a choice of albums for the metadata and I am asked to select the correct one. No matter which selection I pick, it never puts the name of song and artist, all I get is unknown no matter that I selected the appropriate title. I have had many versions of Roxio over the years, and this has always been a problem. Can you help me out with this and tell me what to do or what if anything that I'm doing wrong? In past versions, you had to have Roxio quit monitoring your folders. I don't have NXT installed, but if it has Media Manager, go there, and under Tools, have it quit monitoring folders. When I rip an audio album usually Roxio gets all the
metadata correctly, but sometimes it will come up with a choice of
albums for the metadata and I am asked to select the correct one. No
matter which selection I pick, it never puts the name of song and
artist, all I get is unknown no matter that I selected the appropriate
title. I have had many versions of Roxio over the years, and this has
always been a problem. Can you help me out with this and tell me what to
do or what if anything that I'm doing wrong?
