Tyring To Download Mp4

I am trying to download MP4 of my slideshows (the whole reason I got premium) and it keeps saying "We're having a system problem at the moment. Please try again later."

 

Will that clear up soon? I need these by tomorrow for my grandmother's memorial.

Download and install the desktop software from the photoshow site.

 

Open the program, sign in, and download your shows.

The same thing for myself as well. I put over 10hours in creating a wedding dvd and paid premium cost and cannot download a mp4.. any info would help!!

Ethrob, I guess I don't understand what you failed to understand in the posts above.

 

Perhaps I can put it a bit clearer - It is broken and will never, ever be fixed.!

 

If you donwload the desktop version and then your PhotoShow, then you can output it to mpg2 or wmv to put on a thumbdrive or disc or whatever. You'll also find out that you can make PhotoShows faster and upload those to the web very quickly. This is a better option unless you are using a MAC. Note you may get some error messages during the download so you will need to download it again.
