Stream Delay + Friends Voices

Ok so I was just wondering if it was possible to change the stream delay when I stream to Twitch, It seems to be very far behind, I haven't timed it but it is for sure over 1 minute.

 

I'm Just looking for a simple solution, and I cant seem to find one anywhere so I started this topic.

 

 

And I was also wondering if it is possible to record my friends voices through a Skype call over PC?

You can ONLY record what goes into the RGC.

 

Your PC Audio is not connected to the RGC unless you get a cable and connect it. Even then it will only work with Composite input.
