Easy Vhs To Dvd 3 Plus Customer Support

I recently purchased Easy VHS to DVD (Easy). I installed the SW and registered the product. Received conformation e-mail with support number.

 

Unfortunatly when I tried to access the support I am informed the tag and email sre not recognised. With nop alternative contact route what can you do?

I registered the product and received an email but it did not contain a "Support Code" so I'm not able to get support for the video distortion problem I'm experiencing. Any suggestions?
