Cannot Save Photoshow As Mp4

I have been trying to save a Photoshow for two days now, but every time I click on the "save as mp4 video" I get the error message telling me to try again later.

I put a lot of hours in creating this photoshow for a work event (tomorrow!!!) and I am paying for the benefits of Premium, one of which is to have the ability to save photoshows to my computer. Any help that anyone can offer would be appreciated.
