Livestreaming Error?

DM98xKONATA

Question

Hello, so i had never had any issues with my Roxio HD pro UNTIL today. I had went to go live stream after installing update 2.0 and had gotten an error saying

Runtime Error!

Program: ... Game Capture HD PRO\MediaCaptureGame1x.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an

unusual way.

Please contact the application's support team for more information

Anytime i click ANYTHING that involves livestreaming it even says this if i click the Youtube or Twitch.tv tab under the tools section. So i would like to know if there is any way to fix this

It needs repaired...

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
