Newbie Question

Question

Hello , I'm new here and new to photoshow. I am not very tech savy so please help me.

Yesterday I tried to use my premium service and ran into problems. Two of my photoshows seem to have issues - they won't show any pictures. They were fine before but now they get stuck after the title and show - the moving circle and the words loading.

In trying to load new pictures I get the same thing - loading, but nothing happens.

What do I do? Is it a system problem or just me?

Thanks

Sknis, Do I just remake those or is there something else to try? I downloaded the software and brought over the photoshows, but I could tell from the download that they were different.

How so? Did you try anything ? Try making a simple edit like in a title or other text or just add some text and re-upload. Does that do anyhitng? If you change the title and reupload them, it will be a new PhotoShow.

Edit: I'm having issues with some of the PhotoShow. Any edit and save crashes the program. It may be a glitch with Windows 8.1

What OS are you using?

Make sure that what you are.uploading fits with the limits. Many times images are too large to upload them correctly.

My suggestion is to download the desktop version of PhotoShow and install it with your antivirus off or paused. Make your PhotoShow with the desktop version and then upload the PhotoShow you made. It is faster and easier. and less of a problem. This doesn't work if you are using a Mac.

The circle means that it is loading; the web siate may just have been busy. Agaain for best results, you can download them to your computer, see if they will play there. If so, then just upload them again.

Thanks for moving the topic!!

I don't think that I exceeded the limits as they were working correctly before. On Saturday when I went in to make a new photoshow the problem started. Two of my older photoshows stopped working correctly and I couldn't make a new one. I couldn't even load one picture.

Either the site was down or something changed on your computer. Regardless, the option I presented will work with a lot less of a hassle.

Edit: I just looked now and several of my PhotoShows do not show the preview window but when I click to play one of those, it played.

Note: The program is "heritage" and there will be no updates and/or fixes.
