Remote Desktop Connection Error Message

When I try to use the Edit Video – Advanced application I get the Error message “Remote Desktop Connection is not supported by this application”. I am not using Remote Desktop Connection. This is the fist time I tried using this application in Creator NXT 2. Any help and suggestions will be appreciated.

Do you have the program installed on your system drive? Did you install it to an administrator account? Did you install it in an emulation setting? Di dyou install with your antivirus active?

Yes I installed it to my system drive "C", it was installed to an admin account, I disabled my antivirus during installation. Not sure what an "emulation setting" is.

Here is a link to explain it. You DO NOT want to run in emulation mode (oops I meant in compatibility mode) Sorry !. If you had issues installing it, then Windows may have defaulted to compatibility mode.
